Application:

This machine is designed for extra-width fabric doubling and rolling machine. It is mainly used in finishing workshop of sunshade net factory and plastic factory for checking and mending of finishing mesh fabrics in order to get the best transport packaging:

 1. 3m to 6m fabric can be folded and winded from big rolls to small rolls.

 2. 1m~3m fabric can be full-width inspected and winded from big rolls to small rolls

  1. Frequency converter controls inspecting and rolling speed; controlled by multi-frequency converters, tension synchronously adjustable, Driven by reducer.

  2. Photoelectric sensor controls fabric auto edge-alignment; Edge-alignment for folding driven by Hydro cylinder. Edge-alignment for winding —frequency converter controls reducer drive.

  3. Cylinder controls the tightness of continuous fabric Rolls. Rolls without paper tube is available

  4. Using domestic advanced meter counter (Amends, fixed length, measuring and accumulation functions, it can also display the working speed)

  5. Optional electronic sensor weighting Device ——Record the weight of finished rolls
