SB-IRM-2 Fabric Inspection and Rolling machine is our excellent product by well-designing. It is mainly used in cotton mill, Dyeing-printing factory, Woolen mill, Garment mill, leather factory, Knitted fabric Facroty,non-woven fabric Factory and Commodity Inspection Unit for checking, full--width rolling and measuring of various fabrics.Allow to feeding fabric in rolls or folded shapes.
Features
1. Frequency converter controls inspecting and rolling speed; multi-frequency converters control reducer drive, fabric-feeding and re-winding are driven by two independent motors, synchronously adjustable.
2. Photoelectric sensor controls fabric edge-alignment; Frequency converter controls reducer drive.
3.Using domestic advanced Digital Counter Meter (amends,fixed length,measuring and accumulation functions, it can also display the rolling speed )
4. Optional manual or auto-fabric ending cutter
5. Optional electronic scale,when knitted fabrics.
6. Optional selvedge shifting device,when woven fabric.
7. At the middle of the machine there have a platform for operator to operate
